Hey, friends have you ever wondered which shower is good for you hot or cold. So let's look into this matter and see what are the advantages.

Advantages of a cold shower

1.As we are warm-blooded the sudden sensation of cold water awakens our body making us fresh and alert.
2.Many scientists believe that when our body suddenly comes in contact with cold water it sends a jolt of electrical impulses to our brain helping boost our mood in the process.
3.Lastly cold showers may contribute to weight loss as the body might burn more fat to generate heat.

What if we stop bathing for a year?

So friends do you know what will happen if you don't bathe for a year. You already know what will if it is more than a year or less.  Let's know what will happen in exactly one year.

Firstly due to the accumulation of bacteria and dead skin cells we will start giving up extreme body odor. Eventually, our outer skin layer becomes thick that we will develop a skin condition called Hyperkeratosis. (which you already know)

Then one fine day dandruff will start partying in your head. giving you an extremely itchy head. Dirt, pollutants, and bacteria would stick to your body and you would have infections all over your body. Then comes acne you already know.

One more thing you don't have to bathe every day once a break in a week because many believe too much showering can remove useful organisms which actually protect us from harmful germs.  Till then bye see you next time.
